Where are the shoes made?
Our shoes are largely manufactured in Spain and Italy, crafted by shoemakers with over decades of shoemaking experience.

How do I know what my shoe size is?
Our sizes offered are based on European size charts, conversion charts and shoe size guides are available on every product page. You can find them here.

What are the shoe sizes you carry? 
For men’s shoes, size varies from Eur 38 to 47.
For women’s shoes, size varies from Eur 34 to 42.

How are your shoes constructed? 
We provide a wholesome offering, catering to every client’s needs. We offer handmade shoes – Bologna and Goodyear Welted construction. We also offer machine made shoes, where the rubber soles are cemented to the shoe.

Will the shoes expand after wearing them?
Yes, all shoes require a short break-in period so do not be worried if the shoes do feel slightly snug upon your first wear. As the shoes are broken-in, you will feel more comfort as the shoes expand and wraps nicely around your feet.

Do you provide shoe repair or upkeep services?

Orders and Payments

What are the modes of payments that are accepted?
We accept PayPal, Visa and Mastercard payments. You do not need a Paypal account to make credit card payment, simply press checkout as guest on Paypal's payment page.

Do you accept cash on delivery?
Unfortunately we do not accept cash for security reasons.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an email notification upon a successful purchase.

Do you keep my credit card details? 
As we take our customer’s security very seriously, we will not retain any information with regards to your credit card. All credit card information is handled by our payment gateway providers, PayPal and Shopify.

Can I return or exchange purchased shoes?
Yes, depending on the reasons of returns or exchange required, for more information, please refer to our return and exchange policy.



Shipping and Delivery

How are your shoes delivered?
We offer free delivery in Singapore for every purchase above $100 spent.
For international delivery, kindly contact us at sales@bern.sg

How long should I expect for the delivery of shoes purchased?
For local deliveries, it may take up to 3 business days. 
For international delivery, kindly contact us at sales@bern.sg

Are there tax refunds?
Unfortunately, there are no tax refunds for purchases made from www.bern.sg

Do I have to pay duties or taxes?
For local orders, the goods and services tax of 7% will be included in your order automatically. 
For international orders, purchaser will be responsible for any import charges. If your order requires any import charges, payment has to be made on your end for your package to cleared from custom.
